With businesses finding it harder and harder to recruit new talent, along with the uncertainty of how Brexit will effect each business, Recruiting Talent 2019 event is here to offer insight into innovative approaches to recruitment; the chance to find out what how to recruit more inclusively to meet your future workforce needs and understand the benefits of diversity and inclusion within your business. The event takes place on Friday 19th July from 9.00am-12.00noon at Derby College Roundhouse.

At the event there will be the option to attend an Interactive workshop. Each workshop will provide information that will enable you to recruit more effectively for your business. The workshops that will be taking place are:

Key note speakers at the event include; Elizabeth Fagan, Chair of D2N2 LEP (Local Economic Partnership), Non-Executive Chair of Boots and Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Boots (from June 2016 to September 2018) who will be discussing, The Future of Workforce Skills in D2N2 and the Boots Approach, followed by Michael Weedon from FSB (Federation of Small Business), who will be highlighting the impact of SME’s in supporting local communities. They will be also be sharing their experience in the world of competitive talent recruitment

An Exhibitor Marketplace will also be available from 08.30am-1.00pm for the opportunity to speak to an exciting range of providers. A market place directory will be available to take away on the day.
