The Mayor of Derby, Councillor John Whitby, opened a book of condolence at the Council House today. This is to express sympathy and solidarity with all those affected by the Grenfell Tower fire of last Wednesday morning.
The Mayor of Derby, Councillor John Whitby, said:
“To lose everything you own, a friend or a family member in a tragedy like this is too awful to comprehend. The residents of Derby send their deepest sympathies and messages of support to anyone who has been touched by this terrible disaster.”
The book will be available to sign in the Council House Reception.
