Derby Market Hall is holding an EGG-stravaganza to entertain your little bunnies, this Easter.

On Thursday 18 April, Rammie, the Derby County mascot, will be at Stall 28/29 from 10.00am to 12 noon for a penalty shoot-out. Children will have the opportunity to try their ball skills against Rammie and get a photo or an autograph!

For those with a creative streak, there is Easter Bonnet Making on Friday 19 April (Good Friday) between 11.00am and 3.00pm.

On Saturday 20 April, children are invited to let their imaginations go wild with egg decorating and an Easter Egg Hunt from 10.00am to 2.00pm. There is also a mini chocolate egg giveaway from 12 noon to 1.00pm with lots of chocolate goodies on offer.

Linda Aston, Chair of the Market Hall Traders’ Association said:

“We pride ourselves on offering a great family atmosphere at the Market Hall and we are looking forward to seeing lots of happy faces with our range of activities on offer this Easter. This is a great opportunity to visit and see the work taking place to regenerate our historic market hall.

We have something for everyone and our traders are on hand to provide the best advice about cooking up a delicious Easter feast as well!”
