It is a statutory requirement of both Derby City and Derbyshire County Health and Wellbeing Boards to produce a Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) by Sunday 1st  April. The PNA identifies what Derby City and Derbyshire’s needs for pharmacies are and helps Derby City Council and Derbyshire County Council decide whether new pharmacies should be given permission to open.

Views are invited from anybody with an interest in community pharmacy across Derby and Derbyshire as a whole, whether as users or potential users, or other stakeholders from related health and social care organisations.

For more information and to take part in the survey visit the Derby.gov.uk website

If you have any questions please contact by emailing Andrew Muirhead or by calling 01332 643 085.

The closing date is Sunday 14th January 2018.
