With just over two months to go until the 2017 Small Business Saturday event in Derby’s Market Hall, local small businesses are being urged to snap up free tickets before it’s too late.

Then join us, at Derby’s Small Business Festival on Saturday 2nd December, 10.00am-12.30pm at Derby’s historic market hall.
Take a ‘journey through business life’ with unique business exhibition featuring some of Derby’s leading companies who help start-ups, established SME’s and traders including; East Midlands Chamber of Commerce, University of Derby and Derby College to name but a few.
Two free workshops are also available. One of which will be hosted by local business, Shapcott Accountants about “Finances: Top Ten Time-Saving Tips”.
We are also delighted to have Lauren Dorling from Solesmith, an award-winning personalised sock company who won Derbyshire’s Best New Business in 2016 and were finalists in Derbyshire’s Creative Business of the Year competition. Lauren will be sharing her journey and taking questions during the Q&A session.

Tickets are required for the morning event only and can be obtained by visiting the Eventbrite page and registering. Those who register for the event will also be provided with permit to park for free at the Darwin Place car park on the day. The Market Hall will be celebrating Small Business Saturday UK throughout the day so, bring the family and discover many of Derby’s hidden treasures.
