The role involves working as part of a friendly, supportive team with a good mix of experienced Educational Psychologists, as well as recently qualified.

The service has been brought together with other low incidence teams in order to provide integrated services for children with disabilities and Special Educational Needs (SEN). Consequently we are looking to develop new services for our clients and new skills in our staff.
As one of our Educational Psychologists you will be involved with providing a broad Educational Psychologist (EP) service to a patch of schools and Post 16 statutory work. All schools buy back EP time and these posts have arisen through successful trading and increasing statutory work.
There will be some opportunities for collaborative work with colleagues and we offer excellent supervision and induction. You will receive a high level of support and supervision from senior members of the service.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and forward looking and will possess excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
